Vertex Imaging Signs Agreement to License and Sell Bevilacqua’s Dual-Band Panoramic AI-Enhanced Camera

Vertex Imaging Solutions is proud to announce an agreement with Bevilacqua Research Corporation (BRC) to license and sell its patented dual-band panoramic AI-enhanced video camera technology.

The camera, which provides a 360° × 90° continuous field of view simultaneously in both visible and thermal bands at 30 fps, delivers unmatched situational awareness. By combining dual-band imagery with AI-enhanced object recognition, the system enables applications in autonomous navigation, security, driver assistance, and ISR.

With this agreement, Vertex Imaging will:

• Commercialize the dual-band panoramic camera for government and commercial customers.

• License the technology to select OEMs and system integrators.
